1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website and service (“Artzen”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Description of service

Artzen provides automated script generation and modification for NBA 2K26 Cronus Zen controllers, including:

The service is assistive, not guaranteed. Outputs may vary. Scripts may not work in every scenario. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

3. No guarantees / no warranties

Artzen is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or compatibility.

We do not guarantee that scripts will run without errors, that the service will be uninterrupted or secure, that defects will be corrected, any specific result, or protection from account bans.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artzen, its operators, affiliates, and providers are not liable for:

Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in the 30 days before the claim, or $25, whichever is lower. This applies even if we were advised that damages were possible.

5. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use scripts from Artzen, for complying with game, console, and device terms, and for testing scripts before use. You assume all risk of enforcement actions. We are not responsible for actions taken by third parties.

6. No affiliation

Artzen is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by 2K Games, Visual Concepts, Take-Two Interactive, Cronus / Collective Minds, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, or any other publisher or hardware company. Trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not share account credentials; resell or commercially exploit scripts without permission; reverse engineer the service; scrape or clone our logic; attack or abuse our systems; use the service illegally; upload malware; or impersonate others. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Intellectual property

Artzen owns the platform, UI, generation logic, templates, and algorithms. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated scripts for personal use. You do not own the system. Copying or cloning the service is prohibited.

9. User content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Artzen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely to run the service. You are responsible for what you submit. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.

10. Scripts, calibration, and testing

Scripts are provided as-is and may need calibration. Performance depends on your build, badges, and settings. Test in MyCourt before competitive modes. You are responsible for verifying behavior before you rely on a script.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end access at any time, with or without notice, including for abuse or terms violations. No refunds are issued on termination or suspension.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms. Review this page periodically.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the United States, and you consent to those courts.

14. Arbitration

Any dispute relating to these terms or Artzen will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except claims that qualify for small claims court. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive class actions and class-wide arbitration.
