Refund Policy

1. Digital service

We sell digital access to scripts and downloads — not physical goods. Once access is granted, sales are generally final.

2. No refunds after access

Once you have been given access to premium downloads, generated scripts, downloadable content, or automated features, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. That includes:

• Change of mind
• Output that does not match personal expectations
• Misunderstanding how the service works
• Bans or enforcement by third-party platforms
• Scripts that do not work as expected

3. Limited exceptions

A refund may be considered only if:

• The service was completely unavailable because of a verified system failure
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
• Access was never successfully delivered

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, with proof of payment and a clear description of the issue. Approval is at our sole discretion.

4. No refunds for usage or outcomes

We do not refund for dissatisfaction with performance, compatibility with games or devices, account bans, game updates that change script behavior, or user error. The service is provided as-is. Results vary.

5. Abuse and chargebacks

We may deny refunds and suspend accounts for refund abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, terms violations, or continued use after a refund request. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent termination and reports to payment processors.

6. Premium purchase

Premium is a $35 one-time script purchase with instant download. There are no refunds after the download link is provided. If a billing period applies, canceling stops future charges but does not refund past payments.

7. How to request a review

If you believe you qualify under section 3, contact t.me/artzen2k26 and include:

• The email used for purchase
• Order or transaction ID
• Reason for the request
• Proof of payment
• Date and time of purchase

We typically reply within 24–72 hours. A review is not a promise of approval.

8. Policy updates

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use is acceptance of the current version. Check this page periodically.

9. What we sell

• Auto Green: instant download. No refund after the download code is issued.
• Premium ($35): instant download. No refund after the download link is issued.

Delivery and payment support run through Telegram. Once you have access, the sale is final.
